We are not only a family business, we also live this attitude. And give our colleagues a tailwind in all situations. SHA enables very different working time models depending on your life situation. Whether 40 or 26 hours, whether a 4-day week or flexible home office: together we will find solutions for your and our idea of collaboration. If you work hard, you should get something out of it. Required overtime is paid fairly at SHA or can be taken as time off in lieu by arrangement. How do you manage your projects? Internal knowledge transfer is very important to us.<\/p>\n
