PhoenixWERK: Focus on component III<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Building I and Building II of the PhoenixWERK<\/a> were just the beginning: our office and other companies such as REMIRA, Conresult GmbH, STAUFF, ADVIA GmbH and Bookwire GmbH have been based here in Phoenix West since last year. The building application for building section III on Konrad-Zuse-Stra\u00dfe has now been submitted. Contemporary offices with spacious meeting rooms are also being created here. There is also space for a further gastronomic offer.

Our “campus” in the Ruhr metropolis of Dortmund is therefore growing – completion is planned for 2023. The visualization shows what it will soon look like here.
